Stringing hammock between coconut trees, watching the skyline of Singapore, and getting away from it all. Clean water and beach, each island offers its own interesting and unique landscape. Kusu for its temples, Sisters for its idyllic coconut trees, St John for its huge heritage trees and history, etc. You will see more monkeys than visitors. Turtles are often sighted and dolphins occasionally. Sisters Islands have became a marine park since 2014.

The fact that you will have the means to travel, with your own power and supplies, is reason enougn to paddle there.

Unfortunately, the Marina barrage is blocking the way at Kallang and Sisters Islands is part of the Integrated Resort and will become a "island getaway for the rich"

I miss the serenity and starry sky on Sisters ):

There's a $0.50 landing fee for St. John's Island and overnight stays aren't allowed unless you stay in the "chalets".

Be patient. There is a walk way to exit from marina reservoir across the barrage. However, due to the wave, the slipway on the seaward side is damage. Soon there will be access.

I prefer Pulau Hantu - nice, secluded, no landing fee required. With a nice view of Bukom on one side :-)

Yes yes...but I guess getting there will be a problem because of the permit to cross this shipping channels...
